J.D. Power and Associates: "Highest Customer Satisfaction" - "Bass Boats 2007"

February 15th 2007-Miami, Florida, Bass Cat Boats was awarded the Highest in Customer Satisfaction, Fiberglass Bass Boats 2007. This marks the third consecutive award as Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Bass Cat Boats. Also receiving the award in 2005 and 2006, the only years the company was included in the study.

Celebrating their 35^th Anniversary, Bass Cat Boats has been family owned and operated since inception in 1971. They remain as the major independent bass boat company, which has been successful and maintained their independence over time.

After receiving the award, Ron Pierce once again thanked the individual associates in Mountain Home who have continued to make the best product in the bass fishing industry. Mentioning that "This is a tribute to them, as they continue to improve the product over these changing times. Adding that, "They make living a dream fun for us all!" Ron also thanked the many dedicated vendors of Bass Cat, who have remained concerned about the quality of their products.

Rick Pierce thanked the hundreds of loyal Bass Cat Family members, who have given tremendous support to each individual who owns a Bass Cat Boat. He emphasized his appreciation to the Bass Cat Dealers, who participated in the One Time campaign for customer sales delivery, service and follow up. "It is amazing the support our owners provide for all of our customers. They really work together to learn more and help us all. They make our job easier."

Rick went on to add, that "it's not those happy ones that make you better, they make it easier. It is those who are upset that make you dig in and do better.AThey challenge us all to improve." In reference to the award, Rick added that “it is an honor to even be considered here among industry giants as a small Arkansas bass boat builder.”

Last season Bass Cat began placing expectations on the dealership staff to participate in One Time! While the campaign is voluntary, it has been accepted by most and is very successful.

From sales to end user Bass Cat emphasizes care and concern for the individual owners, no matter the age of the product that consumer owns. Thus, enhancing the resale experience market of its second time owned or used product.
